Playfish has already resolved issues concerning Ultimate Game Card powered by PaybyCash, a payment option on buying coins for Playfish games. Players from Philippines of Restaurant City, PetSociety and other Playfish games on Facebook can now buy coins using Ultimate Game Card.
On my previous post "Playfish Disabled PayByCash (UGC) Payment Option in Buying Coins", I wrote about a problem regarding buying coins for PetSociety encountered by my client, but it has also been resolved already. When I checked on Restaurant City today by clicking the "add coins" button on the top-most left corner of the game, pay using Paybycash is now enabled again.
Available UGC e-PIN denominations for sale: Ultimate Game Card 1000, Ultimate Game Card 500 and Ultimate Game Card 250. UGC1000 is equivalent to $20 while UGC500 is equivalent to $10. Please check first your game for the equivalent coins per denomination.

Playfish has temporarily disabled PaybyCash (Ultimate Game Card) payment option in buying coins for Restaurant City, PetSociety and other Playfish games on Facebook due to some issues with their PayByCash service. As of the moment, the available options in order to buy coins for Playfish games on Facebook are via credit card and paypal.
I have recently sold an Ultimate Game Card 500 e-PIN to a client. My client has used the card to purchase Playfish coins for PetSociety on Facebook. But after my client has successfully redeemed the card, she still have zero (0) coin. No coins was credited on her PetSociety account. She tried again to use the card but she got a message that it was already invalid. So she sent a complaint to me.
I told her, since the card has been successfully redeemed, maybe the problem is on Playfish' part.
I also checked on the Playfish forum for similar cases: http://forum.playfish.com/showthread.php?t=1238395. I have read in the forum that Playfish seemed to have technical difficulties. So, I contacted Playfish support and also to PayByCash support and Ultimate Game Card regarding the complaint.
Here's the response of Playfish support:

thank you for taking time to contact us here at Playfish.We are sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with your PayByCash transaction with us.
We are aware that there are currently issues with our PayByCash service, therefore as a temporary measure PayByCash has been disabled.
However if your transaction did go through but you did not receive your coins, you will receive your in-game credits. You should be receiving your in-game credits within the net 72 hours from receiving this email.If within 72 hours from receiving this email, you have still not received your in-game credits, please update this ticket and provide the following:
1/ your facebook UID (click on "profile" and the copy the URL in the adress bar)
2/ Your PayByCash transaction details

And as the moment, my client indeed has already received her in-game credits within 72 hours but PayByCash (Ultimate Game Card) option is still disabled on Playfish games.
